"Hydration Trainer" will then instantly update your stats allowing you to see how much water you have left to drink in order to complete your daily goal. You will also be able to navigate the simple interface to see a list of every drink youve consumed that day, as well as a clean graphical representation of your weekly history. In addition, at any time, you can modify your settings to change your weight, physical activity level, and daily goal as these things change over time. Finally, "Hydration Trainer" makes it easy to set up reminders so that you wont forget to drink water throughout the day.
